The team behind TwoSuns for cement.
A team drawn from enterprise software, heavy industry and the commercial side of the built industry, working directly with producers to configure the platform around the plant's own kiln lines, operating limits and markets.
Our purpose
A cement producer already holds most of what it needs to decide well. The difficulty is where it sits. The quarry plan, the kiln record, the laboratory result, the order book and the receivable live in separate systems, so the reasoning behind a decision rarely reaches the next person who needs it. TwoSuns was built to close that distance.
The team works directly with the producer to review the operating environment, configure the platform with the process, quality and commercial leads, connect the inputs the plant already records from its historian, laboratory, ERP and weighbridge, and develop capabilities that can expand line by line and plant by plant.
This microsite is the cement view of that work. The company, the platform and the team are the same ones behind twosuns.ai, set out here against the decisions a cement producer takes each day.
Four parts make up the platform. Core holds the shared enterprise context, Ray provides context-aware assistance within each user's permissions, Horizon carries the commercial work from the market view through to the cash collected and Pulse the plant work from the quarry face to dispatch. The same four are deployed for a cement producer, configured around its kiln lines, mills, silos and the markets it serves.
